Using this website
Content on this site is for general information. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Proposals and scope
Each project is governed by a written proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, timelines, deliverables and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the proposal. Prices exclude GST and applicable taxes. Late payment may pause work.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may reuse our own tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's non-public information confidential, during and after the engagement.
Third-party platforms
Ad platforms, hosting and software providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or ad account decisions.
Results
We work to agreed targets but cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, leads or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
