A G20 Global Summit speaker, he has delivered executive keynotes and workshops at premier institutions such as Manipal University, Symbiosis, Christ University, Amrita University and Jain University.

He has also served as a jury member and mentor for IIT Madras, IIT Bombay and Think StartUp; an Axis Max Life panelist; and a faculty partner with Udemy, CII and Marg Business. He has mentored more than 10 startups and coached over 200 professionals on leadership and entrepreneurial journeys, integrating Strategy, Innovation, AI and Human Transformation to drive measurable business outcomes.

He has been a visiting faculty member at Jain University, Dayananda Sagar and GEMS B School, and a guest speaker at Manipal University, Symbiosis University, Christ University, Amrita University, Dayananda Sagar Business School, Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation University, BIMA College, BV Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT), St. Francis de Sales College and Juno School of Business.

Raman holds a PGDBA from Symbiosis and a Bachelor's degree from Karnatak University. He is also an Independent Director certified by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, with executive education from MITx, IIM Bangalore and IISc Bangalore. He is a certified PMP (PMI, USA), Scrum Master (SAFe, USA), ISO 9000 Lead Auditor from the British Standards Institution, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Switzerland Six Sigma Institute, and Lean Champion from Cardiff University (UK). He combines modern management, mindfulness and emotional intelligence to enable sustainable, high-performance transformation at scale.
